e-Delivery (e-Doreczenia) is the electronic equivalent of registered mail with return receipt, compliant with the eIDAS regulation. Since January 1, 2026 mandatory for all entrepreneurs and companies in Poland. We issue your e-Delivery address in 3 business days with full support.

[ What it means ]

Mandate for every company.

Since January 1, 2026, all companies registered in KRS and entrepreneurs in CEIDG must have an e-Delivery address registered in the Electronic Addresses Database. Public authorities now send correspondence exclusively electronically โ€” paper registered letters are replaced by e-Delivery.

1. Address setup

We verify your company in KRS/CEIDG and issue the e-Delivery address โ€” a unique identifier for your company in the system.

2. BAE registration

We register the address in the Electronic Addresses Database (BAE) maintained by the Polish Ministry of Digital Affairs โ€” the public list used by authorities.

3. Mail handling

You receive email notifications about new messages, log in to the panel, retrieve documents with delivery confirmation.

Who must have an e-Delivery address since 2026? +

All entrepreneurs (sole traders, companies) and NGOs registered in KRS. The e-Delivery address must be registered in the Electronic Addresses Database (BAE) maintained by the Polish Ministry of Digital Affairs.

What happens if I do not register an address? +

Public administration (offices, courts, ZUS, US) has the right to send correspondence to an address generated by the authority. Lack of registered address does NOT release you from deadlines โ€” terms run from the official delivery date, whether you received the message or not.

How is e-Delivery different from ePUAP? +

ePUAP is a citizen-to-government communication system. e-Delivery is a native platform for electronic document exchange with the legal force of registered mail with return receipt. ePUAP does not meet eIDAS requirements โ€” e-Delivery does.

How do you issue the address? +

You file an application through our panel, we verify your company data in KRS/CEIDG, generate the e-Delivery address, and register it in the Electronic Addresses Database. Total time: 3 business days.

Is the address billed annually? +

Yes โ€” keeping the address active requires a valid subscription with a qualified provider. Our service at 199 PLN/year includes the address + email notifications about new messages + administrative support.
